The elder futhark runes are the oldest known runic alphabet. Here in Sweden you can still see pre-christian rune stones standing in the landscape ornamented with these ancient symbols. These 24 elder futhark runes is the predecessor to the younger futhark runes that consist of 16 runes.

This pack holds 2 of each 24 runes. They are made in black foam material with magnetic mat backing. These are perfect for learn an teach these old Scandinavian runes, or just for fun or decoration on any metal surface. The full height runes are 40 mm tall. Perfect gift for the rune-nerd!
